Two Oklahoma City residents were charged with multiple felonies Wednesday, stemming from a traffic stop in south Oklahoma City.

Russell Kevin Mullican, 42, and Pauline Sue West, 28, both were charged in Cleveland County District Court with trafficking illegal drugs; possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of drug proceeds and possession of a controlled drug.

Oklahoma City police said they stopped a truck pulling a flatbed trailer with no working lights at Southwest 134th and South Penn in Oklahoma City. Officers said they saw a baggie filled with a white, crystal substance in between the driver's and passenger's seats. The substance, which police said tested positive for methamphetamine, reportedly weighed 3 ounces, according to the court affidavit. Police said another 3 grams of meth were found in one of the suspects' front pockets, along with pills including Valium and hydrocodone.

Other charges filed Wednesday include:

Lucas James Tighe, 23, Oklahoma City, two counts of first-degree burglary;

John Edward Ball, 37, Noble, stalking;

Russell Travor Butenschoen, 35, Jones, unlawful possession of a controlled drug;

Shawn Dewayne Ayarza, 34, Oklahoma City, aggravated assault and battery, after former conviction of a felony.
